Welcome to Viavardi ("Viavardi", "we", "us"). By using viavardi.com or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Your account

You may create an account or use the platform as a guest with a nickname. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. Your content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or submit. By creating a Brainrot, you represent that you have the rights to any material you submit and that your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

• You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
• You must not intentionally request copyrighted characters, trademarks, celebrities, or other protected IP in ways that violate applicable rights.
• You must not attempt to generate prohibited or harmful content.
• You must not submit sensitive personal information into prompts.

3. AI-generated content

Brainrots are generated using artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be unpredictable. Viavardi does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not claim that every AI-generated image is automatically copyrightable or guaranteed unique.

4. Licenses

Generated content is subject to the rights and licenses actually provided by the underlying AI/image service and applicable law. Viavardi grants you a non-exclusive license to use, share, and remix Brainrots you create, subject to these Terms and the watermark requirement.

5. Moderation

Viavardi may moderate, remove, hide, restrict, or delete content or accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse. We may use automated systems for moderation and safety.

6. Advertising

Advertising may appear throughout the platform. We may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Third-party services

Third-party services may be involved in image generation, authentication, hosting, advertising, analytics, and other infrastructure. Viavardi is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the platform, or for user-to-user interactions.

Viavardi may publish and share content, including Brainrot images and metadata, to third-party platforms including Pinterest. Content published to Pinterest is subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that content you create complies with the policies of any platform where it is shared.

8. Availability

We may modify or discontinue functionality at any time. Availability is not guaranteed. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viavardi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
